Shipping/Policy

Order Processing: Please allow 3-5  business days for us to process your order and get it ready for shipment. Keep in mind that Sales and Holidays may extend processing time, we will keep you informed. If you need to change shipping address on order it must be done with in the order processing phase. Once order has been processed you will receive your tracking number via email, please allow 24- 72 hours for USPS to update tracking details. 

Returns: Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns at this time, however, if you have any issue with your order or if it was damaged upon arrival  please contact us via Email: eastofedennatural@gmail.com we are here to help.

Cancellation: For any reason you need to cancel your order, all order must be cancel before order has be shipped. 

Shipping: All orders will be shipped USPS, if you have an issue with shipping time due to delay, please contact USPS.com and provide them with your tracking information for updated tracking details. If package is retuned to us due incorrect/incomplete shipping address provided at the time at check out. We will refund your for the price of products only. If package was not able to be delivered by USPS, you will be refunded for price of products. East Of Eden Natural, LLC is not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

WE are not responsible for lost or stolen package that has a delivered status. We will confirm delivery status by tracking order via USPS.COM. No Refunds, replacement order or credit issued for orders with a confirmed DELIVERED status to ship to address on order the customer provided.
